Christian Tech Help provides friendly, local tech support services. Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
No warranties
We do not make warranties or guarantees about specific outcomes, performance improvements, or uninterrupted availability of any device, software, or network. Any warranties are limited to those required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Tech Help is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for data loss or corruption unless it was caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We can help with backups if requested.
Payments
Payments are typically due after services are rendered unless otherwise specified in writing. We use Square for invoicing and payment processing.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
