Service-Specific Disclaimers

House-Call Tech Support & Remote IT Support: Technology issues can be complex and sometimes unpredictable. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or resolution of all issues. I am not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. I am not responsible for data loss or corruption unless it is caused by my gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Website Development & Hosting: I do not guarantee that websites will be error-free, fully optimized for all browsers/devices, or meet all accessibility standards, though I strive for quality. Hosting uptime is provided on an “as-available” basis. I am not responsible for loss of website data or functionality unless caused by my gross negligence. Hosted sites include server-level backups stored locally and via GitHub version control. Website development projects require a 25% deposit to secure your project timeline before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

CTH Priority Members: This is an add-on service and does not replace primary support channels. Priority support applies to eligible clients and services.

General Limitations

If you need data protection, please ensure you have a current backup before any service. I can assist with backup setup if you request it. For remote sessions, extremely high volume requests (significantly above typical usage) may require review or reclassification of service needs.

Payments are typically due after services are rendered unless otherwise specified. Invoices and payments are handled through Wave.

Service area for house calls is limited to Carrollton and surrounding DFW areas. A $50 service call fee applies to services requiring travel.
